Cabaret Roulette Live is a live casino game from the software provider Winfinity and represents its unique twist on the multiplier roulette game. It combines elements of casino game shows with classic roulette by leaning on a theme and atmosphere inspired by cabaret. On top of offering random win multipliers for Straight Up bets, Cabaret Roulette also features a separate bonus system. Rather interestingly, this game also allows you to collect multipliers using both Inside and Outside bets, which is a unique advantage it holds over the competition. In fact, we consider this live table the next step in the evolution of roulette wheels with multipliers simply because no one every attempted anything like this before.
Although Winfinity’s smaller profile means that this game may fly under the radar of many players, make no mistake – it’s a revolutionary release. Cabaret Roulette dares to stand out in a genre of live games in which most are content to just copy from Lightning Roulette. Our review explains in detail why we’re so impressed with Winfinity’s game and how it works in the first place.

By now, anyone who frequents live casinos is familiar with the concept of roulette games with multipliers. Such games are one of the most notable trends in online live dealer casinos. The idea is simple – you take the beloved roulette wheel, which is the most popular game in any live casino, and spice it up with some exciting multipliers and added volatility. Evolution’s Lightning Roulette first sparked the craze for such games, and pretty much every major player in the industry has tried their hand at it. It’s Winfinity’s first attempt, and they decided to veer away from most conventions of the genre.
Let’s start our review with the game’s presentation. As the name implies, Cabaret Roulette takes place in a Moulin Rouge-style show theatre. Red, black, and gold are the dominant colors, lending themselves nicely to a stylish studio with a lot of flashing lights. It’s a well-executed theme, though we can’t really say it looks as exciting as Lightning Roulette.
Winfinity’s interface is also quite easy to use, so no complaints on that front. The in-game rules menu holds all of the information you’ll need to enjoy the game, and the top-side menu holds all of the usual bells and whistles of live dealer tables.
Most of our other observations are tied to the gameplay, which we’ll cover below.
The core gameplay loop and rules of Cabaret Roulette is not too different from any other live roulette game. If you’ve played one before, you should have no trouble figuring things out.
Every round begins with the usual 15-second betting period. You can use this time to make bets by clicking the corresponding position on the betting table. The chips below the table are used to set the size of your stake.
All standard roulette bets are available in this game. Note that Inside bets are always affected by multipliers. The higher the payout for that type of bet, the higher its maximum multiplier.
After the betting period ends, the dealer spins the wheel as usual and the winners are determined based on where the ball lands. Fans of the classic will enjoy the fact that the dealer manually places the ball and spins the wheel, unlike most similar titles which are automated. Anyway, the rules are pretty standard stuff – if you’re not familiar with the basics of how roulette works, check out our beginner’s guide.
Now we’re getting to the fun stuff. Like in most games of this genre, multipliers are randomly applied to 1-5 numbers after the betting period ends. Multipliers can range from 50x to 1,000x.
You can see the multipliers and the numbers that they were applied to on the big screen behind the presenter.
If you place a Straight-Up bet on a number that’s mutliplied and win, you receive the multiplier as an instant prize instead of the standard payout. Straight-up bets receive the full value.
Other Inside bets can also be affected. If your bet covers the winning multiplied number, you win a chunk of it based on how likely your bet is to win.
For example, a Split bet would win half the total displayed multiplier. A Street bet would receive 1/3rd, a Corner bet 1-quarter, and so on. The more likely your bet is to win, the lower its payout even if it is hit with a multiplier.
The basic multiplier features are nothing we haven’t seen before. We appreciate the fact that all Inside bets work, but that’s not the unique twist that Cabaret Roulette offers.
In addition to the multipliers, it introduces a Bonus Feature round that plays before the roulette wheel spins. A small three-reel slot appears on the screen and spins. If three symbols of one kind land on the slot, a bonus feature is triggered.
One of four things can happen:
Once the features are sorted, the wheel spins and the round is resolved as usual.
As expected, the base payout for every type of wager in Cabaret Roulette is lower than the industry standard. This makes sense since all bets can be affected by multipliers. Essentially, you’re trading a part of your usual returns for a chance to win a much bigger one. In practice, this means that the game’s volatility is substantially higher than in standard European roulette.
Check out the table below to see how every bet has been affected. The table lists the base payout as well as the possible range of rewards if that bet is affected by a multiplier. Note that Outside wagers can only be multiplied if the Star bonus feature is triggered.
Bet | Numbers Covered | Base Payout | Multiplier Range |
---|---|---|---|
Inside Bets | |||
Straight-Up | 1 Number | 19:1 | 50x to 2000x |
Split | 2 Numbers | 14:1 | 50x to 1000x |
Street | 3 Numbers | 9:1 | 50x to 750x |
Corner | 4 Numbers | 6:1 | 50x to 500x |
Line | 6 Numbers | 4:1 | 30x to 300x |
Outside Bets | |||
Dozen/Column | 12 Numbers | 1.5:1 | 10x to 150x |
Red/Black/Odd/Even/Low/High | 18 Numbers | 0.75:1 | 5x to 100x |
Compared to standard roulette odds, the results are a lot less predictable. In our experience, this is especially the case for Outside bets. Hoping for a Star Feature to hit is a bit of a long shot, but it’s still a unique option that you won’t find anywhere else.
According to Winfinity, the RTP of Cabaret Roulette Live is 97.30%. In other words, it’s completely identical to the payout rate of classic European Roulette. It seems the provider did a great job in balancing the game’s math model since they managed to crank up the variance without lowering average returns.
