How to Play Sic Bo by BETER Live

Sic Bo by BETER Live is a classic version of the game. This means that if you are familiar with the basic rules of Sic Bo, you can already play the game from BETER Live without any worries. In other words, you do not need to use advanced Sic Bo strategies, because getting started with this game is quite easy.

First of all, Sic Bo is a dice game with 3 dice placed in an automatic shaker. At the beginning of each round, the dice are shaken, resulting in a combination of dice values. All betting options (and there are several main betting options and many side betting options) target the value of the roll – either one, two or all three dice. So the aim is to accurately predict the outcome of the roll.

Step-by-step Guide

Placing Bets

At the beginning of each round, players who wish to participate in Sic Bo must decide on a bet to place on either the main bet or the side bets. This part of the round takes about 15 seconds, which is usually enough for players to decide which bet to place.

The minimum amount that can be placed as a bet is €0.20, while the maximum bet is €2000 per round. The chips at UI show 0.20, 1, 5, 25, 100 and 500 chips with an option to double the bet.

Once the time runs out, the betting will be closed and players will not be able to place new bets until the new round.

Dice Shaking

The dice are kept in an automatic shaker that starts shaking as soon as the betting phase is over. There is no host or dealer, so human influence is kept to a minimum. This helps to speed up the gameplay as each round phase flows directly into the other and a typical round lasts no more than a minute or two.

As soon as the dice stop wobbling, the camera zooms in on the values displayed at the top of the dice. Players can then immediately see if they have placed the winning bets.

Outcome & Winnings

The aim of the game is to correctly guess the result of the roll, i.e. to guess what the sum of the three dice values is. In Sic Bo you can bet on the following values: Small/Big, One/Two/Three Dice Number Bet, Pair, Double, Triple, Any Triple, and Total Bets. The Triple Bet is the highest payout in the game, paying 180:1. You can place more than one wager on the UI during the betting phase.

If you win more than one bet, your winnings will be paid together at the end of the round automatically.

BETER Live Sic Bo Bets

The game offers six main bets and a plethora of side bets that players can use to spice up the session at any time. All players can use a combination of bets to further enhance their gaming experience.

Small/Big bets – Small and Big bets refer to the outcome of all three dice. If the total is between 4 and 10, it is a Small, while Big bets pay out if the total is between 11 and 17. Both Small and Big bets are paid 1:1. Please note that both bets will not pay out if the total consists of 3 identical values (3-Of-a-Kind or Triple).
Single Number Bet – A bet that relates to 1 die out of 3 and only pays out if at least 1 die shows the bet result. The payout increases if more dice contain the same number.
Double Number Bet – Same as Single, except now one pair of dice must show the same number.
Triple – All three dice must have the same value to be considered a triple. On BETER Live there is also a bet called Any Triple which pays 30:1, but a selected triple (of 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s or 6s) pays 180:1.
Combination – These bets involve a combination of 2 dice results at the end of the round. Two dice participate and the third dice is not included.
Total Bet – The most important bet in the game, as it refers to the total result obtained by combining the values of all 3 dice. In other words, players can bet on the total outcome of the roll by placing bets on specific numbers starting with 4 and ending with 17 (the payout is 60:1).
