Next game presenter we’re getting to know today is the 25-year-old Lithuanina Vytautė Kazlauskaitė.

Hi Vytautė . Nice to meet you. Can we start this interview with you telling us what tables you operate?

I am lucky enough to operate all of our products apart from the Bet on Poker in Polish.

Do you enjoy working with BetGames.tv?

Of course! Who wouldn’t?

What’s your favorite BetGames.tv table/game?

Oh, I don’t think I could choose between Bet on Poker and Wheel of Fortune. Now that the latter has changed to an active game the dealing has become completely different and a lot of fun. Both games are very different and have their own charm.

How did you decide to become a live casino dealer?

Well, my friend was relentless at promoting the opportunity and while I am half-joking she did praise the company a lot and I can see why. There were a few reasons though, why I became a live casino dealer.

One of them was due to a personal challenge because talking in front of the camera has never been something that comes naturally to me, especially if other people are watching. Also, I knew that there would be times when I would have to react on the spot, find a solution within seconds and I wanted to test myself in that situation.

Another reason is the company itself, its attitude towards employees, their caring spirit and the rapid expansion, which shows this company has so much ambition and talent.

Advice for future dealers?

"Just go for it. It sounds clichéd, but it is what it is. if you enjoy talking in general, then it is a job for you."

Favorite Part of the Job?

What is your favorite part of the job?

Telling the players how much they have won, and in general giving the statistics of the game, guessing and or commenting on the combinations and basically everything to do with interaction with the consumers.

How do you think the live casino vertical is reshaping the entire casino industry?

First and foremost, online gambling is now more accessible to a wider audience. Also, it doesn’t require a dress code or socializing. I don’t think it will ever fully replace walk-in casinos but maybe it will be the right kind of motivation for live casinos to up their games with regard to all-round customer satisfaction. I believe, however, there will always be a customer base that will refer gaming face to face.

What is your advice for people who are thinking about becoming live dealers?

Just go for it. It sounds clichéd, but it is what it is. if you enjoy talking in general, then it is a job for you.
