Meet Your Dealer: Live Casinos Introduces Valentin from Ezugi

• What did you do before you became a live dealer at Ezugi?

After finishing high school, this was my first job. I feel very lucky to have started working in such a fun industry with a great company.

• What kind of training did you need to do and how long did it take before you could work as live dealer?

To become a game presenter, you have to learn the game rules and some basic procedures of dealing, then over time as you practice, you get better and better. In Ezugi we go through a thorough and robust training period with highly experienced Game Presenters. In that period you learn everything you need to become a good dealer.

• What is your favorite part of the job?

Socializing with my colleagues and with our players. I enjoy learning about different cultures, and many of the players really enjoy talking to the dealers; so, while playing games, we also have a small chat about where they come from. It’s amazing to connect with players from all over the world.

• What do you like to do for fun in your leisure time when you’re not working as a live dealer?

I do enjoy playing and watching football a lot. Also reading & traveling mostly.

• How do you think the live casino vertical is reshaping the entire casino industry?

We live in a time where technology is evolving very rapidly. Live casino is allowing those who previously would not have had access to play these games, to be able to immerse themselves in the experience from home, which is extremely valuable especially in the current climate.

• What is your advice for people who are thinking about becoming live dealers?

Don’t think twice, take the chance and go for it, you’ll have a lot of fun, and you’ll learn a lot of things and will get to meet some great people.
