Hello and welcome to Live Casinos. Thank you very much for taking the time to chat with us. Let’s start by telling us about which tables you operate at SA Gaming?

Here at SA Gaming, we operate all tables: Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette and Sic Bo. I mainly operate Baccarat tables as this is the supplier’s most important game.

Do you enjoy working with SA Gaming?

Certainly. It is a great company that offers work-life balance. Here I can earn a stable income while attaining job satisfaction. The co-workers are also friendly and supportive.

What’s your favorite SA Gaming table/game?

Baccarat is my favorite. It is a highly popular game in Asia. The game is simple yet exciting. Even as a dealer, I can feel the thrill when I reveal the cards. As we have a lot of Baccarat tables here, there is always a chance to deal at Baccarat tables.

How did you decide to become a live casino dealer?

I’ve always been interested in the gaming industry. When I went to casinos, I saw the dealers and they all looked professional. It is a unique experience that I would like to go through.

Favorite part of thje job?

"I love to wear a pretty costume in front of the camera. Now I can turn my hobby into a career! Also, the hours are flexible as we work in shifts."

Any Advice for People Thinking About Becoming Game Presenters?

You can arrange your own time as long as you liaise with the pit boss and other dealers. I have more time to spend with my family and to pursue my personal interests.

How do you think the live casino vertical is reshaping the entire casino industry?

It is a new form of entertainment compared with traditional land-based casinos. People no longer have to visit a land-based facility if they wish to play some table games. All they have to do is a few taps on the screen. All of a sudden, entertainment has become boundless and accessible to almost everyone.

What is your advice for people who are thinking about becoming live dealers?

Dealers are a job that requires great focus as you have to be fully aware of everything happening at the table. This is especially difficult for live dealers, as you would be less alert where there are no players sitting right in front of you. You have to stay calm, relaxed, and flawless always, as you are on the screen all the time – from dealing to shuffling cards. But it is a thrilling job that can certainly offer you a unique experience.
