Atlantic City’s oldest casino, Resorts Casino Hotel, decided to take the next step in their business and offer their players a chance to enjoy the rush of internet gambling as well. New Jersey’s first casino will soon launch their own online gaming website which will be powered by SNG Interactive a joint venture of Sportech and NYX Gaming Group. Resorts and their partners have received transactional waiver from New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. The certification serves as a proof that they are in compliance with New Jersey gaming regulations and it gives them permission to provide real money gambling online. Atlantic City’s first casino will be the sixth provider of online gaming in the state of New Jersey.

The launch of Resort's online casino is scheduled for Friday, but it will be a limited version only. The regulations require a testing period of one week in order to verify the platform as reliable. If geo-restriction, player verification and payment processing prove to function without any problems, then Resorts Casino Hotel will be able to fully launch their new online gaming platform by the end of February. SNG Interactive are in charge of providing the platform for running the website. Resorts officials were pleased to announce that it will have “largest selection of casino slots and table games in the state of New Jersey”.

Apart from that, special attention was paid to the security and convenience of payment, so the website will have an additional feature Know Your Customer (KYC) which will provide the players several payment options at their disposal including online bank transfers, electronic bank transfers, etc. Resorts’ CEO, Mark Giannantonio concluded: “As New Jersey’s first casino destination, Resorts is committed to delivering the best-in-class online gaming experience in the Garden State.”
