Second Annual Live Gaming Summit Set to be Massive Hit

By: Staff Writer, February 27, 2018

Casino Barcelona to host the second Live Gaming Summit in April 2018

The second edition of the Live Gaming Summit is scheduled for 26 April which will give many enthusiasts from the gambling world the opportunity to network and socialize with like-minded people in the field.

The event will take place in the well-known venue Casino Barcelona. This Spanish hot spot that has welcomed numerous gambling tournaments in recent years, guarantees a riveting experience for all participants.

Cross-Vertical Event

Live Gaming Summit will not limit itself to online gambling only but it will cater to land-based operators, TV betting companies, live lotteries, fantasy sports and more. Live game providers, operators, experts and stakeholders will have the chance to meet, network, socialize, talk latest developments and discuss further projects.

Earlier this month at the London ICE, both operators and suppliers have shown a strong interest in this year’s Live Gaming Summit.

Representatives from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, LeoVegas, Unibet and Mr Green have already confirmed their attendance to the summit. This one-day event will start off with Keynote speakers and launch and networking will follow. Presentations and panels are scheduled during the three hours in the afternoon, followed by networking drinks and dinner.

Wide range of topics will be covered and crucial information about live gaming will be delivered. Networking is just as important, giving attendees the opportunity to build beneficial connections and valuable partnerships.

Latching on Last Year’s Success

Last year’s summit was a great success. Almost a hundred visitors from fourteen countries, including the US and the Philippines, attended the event and enjoyed great presentations and all-night networking.

The need for the Live Gaming Summit rose from the fact that live gaming became one of the main generators of revenue in the remote gaming industry. Back in 2014, it made as much as one third of the online casino gross gaming revenue but with its current speed of development, it is expected to increase to a total of 50% until 2020.

That’s why this year’s edition of the live gaming summit is so crucial for the future sector development and its potential growth.
