Pragmatic Play enters the Georgian market via Adjarbet
One of the top content providers in the iGaming industry, Pragmatic Play, has entered the Georgian market.
Deal with Flutter’s Adjarabet
Pragmatic Play secured a new live content integration agreement with Flutter’s Adjarbet and will be the first operator to be available in Georgia.
Tom Hutchinson, gaming director of Adjarabet, commented “I’m very happy that Adjarabet is the first and currently the only operator in the Georgian market to launch the Pragmatic live casino product.
“Given Adjarabet’s market-leading position in Georgia and the good quality of Pragmatic live casino, I’m sure the games will do very well for us and will be enjoyed by our customers.”
In February 2019, Flutter Entertainment, formerly Paddy Power Betfair plc, purchased a 51% controlling stake in Adjarabet, biggest online gambling company in the Georgian gambling industry. With this acquisition, the company solidified the number one spot in the fast-growing regulated online Georgian market.
Now its partner, Adjarbet, confirmed its market-leading position with the deal with Pragmatic Play. As a result, Adjarabet became the first operator in this country to launch Pragmatic Play’s live casino suite.
Continuation of Successful Pragmatic Play Partnerships
This live casino content supply by multi-product provider Pragmatic Play, comes after similar agreements with Interwetten, BetConstruct and 1xBet.
Lena Yasir, vice president at Pragmatic Play said: “We are delighted to have entered the Georgian market for the first time with the Flutter brand, Adjarabet.”
“Adjarabet is the market-leader in this territory, and this partnership is yet another statement of confidence in our live casino product.”
The partnership is the latest part of Pragmatic Play’s ongoing European expansion.
Recently, the Malta-based casino games supplier has launched its content with Spain and Latin America-facing operator Codere and last month, they went live with Stoiximan’s brand Betano and became available in Romania and Portugal, the markets with great potential.
