Playtech expands Spanish footprint by adding new tables to GVC brands
Playtech, the world’s leading gambling technology company, has announced the launch of three new Live Roulette tables with GVC Holdings.
The online casino and betting company’s brands will be now able to offer these roulette tables in Spain.
The new tables are the first Roulette tables designed around Playtech Live’s unique green screen technology.
They will be available via GVC’s PartyCasino, PartyPoker and Bwin brands, and will be hosted 24/7 by native Spanish-speaking dealers.
The introduction of the three new tables comes after GVC’s market-first launch of Quantum Ruleta Live in December 2019. It became the first Roulette game available in Spain to offer exciting multiplier boosts in every game round. In addition to this, there were unique Quantum Boost and Quantum Leap special events on offer as well.
Key Partner and Key Market
Shimon Akad, Chief Operating Officer at Playtech, commented on the partnership model they have with licensees by claiming that the most important aspect is their “commitment to deliver innovative and engaging products with industry leading and reliable technology.”
“I am pleased to see our operators trust us to always be there for them,” Akad said.
For Playtech, Spain represents “a highly attractive market presenting many ongoing opportunities.” That’s why they are delighted to support their partners “on delivering growth and leading on innovation across the region.”
Moreover, according to Akad, GVC is “a key international partner” for them. Therefore, “the expansion of what is already a ground-breaking live offering is a fantastic sign of things to come.”
Colin Cole-Johnson, Gaming Product Director at GVC, added that they want to deliver a varied, engaging experience for their players. This is central to their mission across all markets. That’s why being able to expand their Live offering in “a key growth territory is a great step forward.”
“The innovative technology behind the new tables allows us to deliver a distinct feel across three individual brands,” Cole-Johnson said.
He stated that “with the support of highly trained native-speaking dealers,” they can offer their Spanish players “something truly special.”
