NetEnt sets foot into Czech market with Tipsport
NetEnt, Swedish casino games developer, has entered the regulated Czech gaming market.
NetEnt Expands Its Footprint
Digital casino solution provider signed a deal with Check Tipsport, the leading sports betting company in the country, to be the first to offer NetEnt Games in a newly regulated market. The agreement includes the vast portfolio of NetEnt’s games now available on Tipsport including their networked progressive jackpots.
Tipsport was established in 1991 as a regional company but quickly gained international success thanks to its unique, in-house solutions. Now it is an international holding company and the major bookmaker in the Central and East Europe with 3,000 employees. They chose to partner with NetEnt because they prefer to work with established, trusted companies to deliver the best solutions and the best quality to its customers.
On the other hand, entering Czech Republic through Tipsport is only one step further in the NetEnt’s expansion on regulated markets globally. So not only the Tipsport players will enjoy the spectacular NetEnt games portfolio, but Tipsport will also be supported in driving online casino growth.
Quality Before Quantity
For NetEnt, quality always comes before quantity, and that’ why they only chose the best to partner up with.
This year in October, NetEnts global expansion strategy led the firm to sign a similar deal with Caliente, a subsidiary of Grupo Caliente, leading online gaming operator in the Mexican market. This was the second customer agreement in Latin America after the first deal with a Spanish provider Codere was signed in December 2016 with NetEnt games being launched live in Spain and Mexico.
Back in October 2016, NetEnt, was spreading on Italian market by signing a licensing agreement with Merkur Gaming Italia, a subsidiary of German Gauselmann Group. NetEnt is definitely on a conquering spree.
The Check Republic’s new gambling law came into effect at the beginning of the year, following years of debate and failed attempts to be adopted earlier. Now its gaming market is hoped to turn into a lucrative one with the implementation of a new regulatory regime and to attract operators and software developers.
This great decision about partnering up with Tipsport apparently has great profitability for NetEnt since Czechia is new on the radar and has great potential for growth.
