Hi Matas! Thanks for taking the time to do this interview with us. Let’s start by telling us where you come from.

I am from Sirvintos, a city near Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. I am a full-time presenter for the company and while I live 50 km away from the BetGames studios if you asked me if it’s worth driving that distance, the answer is an emphatic ‘Absolutely yes!!’

What tables do you operate?

I’m currently operating 12 games, all extremely fun and enjoyable to deal. I would recommend trying them out on the demo version we currently have running 24/7 on the betgames.tv website.

Do you enjoy working with BetGames?

Of course! You should see the smile on my face as soon as I get a chance to sit at the table with thousands of players around the world watching my every move. Sometimes I feel like I’m a popular streamer or a YouTuber, who speaks to a camera knowing that everyone hears and listens to me.

What’s your favorite BetGames table/game?

This is a tough call, as for the past three months my favorite game was Baccarat, which I thoroughly enjoy.

But recently we’ve had a significant re-invention of our Wheel of Fortune game, and this gives me a chance to hold a mic and interact with people, crack some jokes and tell incredible stories, so along with being loads of fun, it is also therapeutic. While the game’s main focus is on the betting, I love to spice it up with some jokes and make players laugh once in a while.

Favorite Part of the Job?

How did you decide to become a live casino dealer?

I always planned to try different things in life, finding my passion as well as growing as a person. Joining BetGames team was the best decision I’ve ever made. I quickly noticed that my English skills have improved and as an introvert, who doesn’t talk a lot, it is very ironic. This is probably because getting out of a comfort zone is always beneficial.

What is your favorite part of the job?

Seeing people win and knowing it was because of me, changing someone’s life because of the luck and energy I share with them. It is extremely heartwarming. I can only imagine the faces they make as soon as they hit the number or a card they choose. It’s just very, very pleasing.

How do you think the live casino vertical is reshaping the entire casino industry?

I believe the live casino vertical has plenty of potential. Imagine putting 10.000 people in the same building. That would be chaos. That’s why a live casino vertical is safer, more organized place to bet.

What is your advice for people who are thinking about becoming live dealers?

Just be yourself. Don’t be scared to get out of your comfort zone. The beginning is always the most challenging part, but as in every job, you will improve.
